Yes. We can center your session on grounding, creativity, confidence, love, expression, insight, or connection—and on life areas like love, career, or family.
Is this medical treatment or psychotherapy?
No. Our services are spiritual/wellness support. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care.
What happens in a typical session?
We start with a brief check-in, choose the modality that best fits (reading, sound, light, or a blend), then close with simple take-home practices so benefits carry into daily life.
Do I need prior experience with meditation, tarot, or sound healing?
No. We meet you where you are and keep guidance simple and kind.
Is tarot/oracle “fortune-telling”?
No. Tarot and oracle reflect patterns, possibilities, and supportive next steps. You keep full choice and agency.
Do I need a specific question for tarot/oracle?
Not required. A plain-language intention is enough. If you have a question, bring it.
Will I be physically touched?
Touch is not required. If light adjustments are helpful, they are always minimal and with consent. Many techniques are performed in the air around you.
Is light therapy intense or uncomfortable?
We keep brightness gentle and adjustable. You can rest with eyes closed; protective lenses are available on request.
Is sound healing loud?
No. Crystal singing bowls are played at calm, restorative volumes—never harsh or overwhelming.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothing; layers if you tend to chill. Please avoid heavy fragrances. Bring a small water bottle if you like.

We honor traditional roots while keeping the session inclusive and non-dogmatic. No specific religious affiliation is required or assumed.
